Where Do I Start?

Fitness Consultation:  A personal conversation, movement assessment and body scan in order to determine how best to meet your fitness goals.  ($75)

Training Options:

-One on One:  (One coach/One client) One hour Personalized training session with a certified coach focusing on your specific goals and booked according to your schedule.

1 session = $85
4 sessions = $300 ($75ea)
8 sessions = $580 ($72ea)
12 sessions = $840 ($70ea)

-Semi-Private: (One coach/2-6 Clients) A certified coach guided training session focusing on strength and conditioning. Fuel your workout with the collective energy of your small group that meets weekly.

*Basic Training: 2 sessions per week $49/ week
*CrossTraining: 3 sessions per week $59/week

*Semi-Private Training membership includes gym access

With years of hands-on experience, Brett leads a dedicated team of trainers, bringing both expertise and inspiration to every client he works with.

His specialties include strength training, functional movement, weight management, sports-specific programming, stability, and balance training—all designed to improve performance, longevity, and overall quality of life. Brett’s passion lies in helping individuals push beyond limits, build resilience, and achieve sustainable results through safe, effective, and personalized programs.

Stephanie Scoville is a Connecticut-based Certified Personal Trainer, fitness instructor, and competitive powerlifter, as well as a world record holder in the sport. She specializes in strength training and helps clients of all levels build confidence, improve technique, and develop lasting results through safe, effective training. Stephanie is passionate about empowering people to discover their strength and reach their full potential.

My passion is helping people strengthen both body and mind. With more than 25 years of experience in the wellness and fitness field, my approach to personal training blends physical fitness with mindful wellbeing practices that support lasting health and resilience.

Over the past 12 years, I have focused deeply on mindfulness-based practices including meditation, mindful movement, and mindful eating. I believe sustainable wellness comes from caring for both our physical and mental health, helping clients build strength, improve mobility and balance, and cultivate a calm, focused mindset.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Wellness Lead at ESPN, where I helped develop workplace wellbeing initiatives and led mindfulness and movement programs for employees. I continue to teach yoga there and offer workshops on stress reduction, resilience, and healthy living.

Whether I am working one-on-one with clients or leading group wellness sessions, my goal is to help people feel stronger, move better, and experience greater balance in their everyday lives. I look forward to supporting you wherever you are on your wellness journey.
