Where Do I Start?
Fitness Consultation: A personal conversation, movement assessment and body scan in order to determine how best to meet your fitness goals. ($65)
Training Options:
-One on One: (One coach/One client) One hour Personalized training session with a certified coach focusing on your specific goals and booked according to your schedule.
1 session = $80
4 sessions = $289 ($72ea)
8 sessions = $559 ($69ea)
12 sessions = $799 ($66ea)
-Semi-Private: (One coach/2-6 Clients) A certified coach guided training session focusing on strength and conditioning. Fuel your workout with the collective energy of your small group that meets weekly.
*Basic Training: 2 sessions per week $39/ week
*CrossTraining: 3 sessions per week $49/week
*Semi-Private Training membership includes gym access
