I began my fitness journey in 2011 when a friend convinced me to join a gym. By 2012, I was stepping on stage to compete in my very first body building competition in women’s figure. I always loved the feeling of being strong and fit, so I made it a lifestyle and eventually a career helping others feel the same. I have a background in medicine as a medic and I love studying how the body moves and functions. I would love to help you achieve your fitness goals!

As a kid Kerry started skiing as soon as she could walk, rode her bike everywhere and enjoyed exploring in the woods. Fast forward to being a grown up, add Tae Kwon Do and strength training to the mix. She believes a variety of activity is the perfect cocktail for healthy aging.
